Ouch

Well, we almost had him. At least Tim Kawakami thinks so.

I see where the Celts are coming from with this deal (a decidedly "win now" philosophy), but they sure gave up a lot of young talent to land KG. Al Jefferson put up 16 and 11 last season, and he's only 22 yrs. old. I think it's safe to say he's going to be a 20-10 guy for the next 10 or so years barring injury. On the same lines, Gerald Green (21 yrs. old) is on the fast-track to stardom. He's already developed a decent perimeter stroke to go along with his sick athleticism. I don't want to make rash predictions or anything, but his lanky body type (6-8, 200) and scoring prowess remind me a bit of how T-Mac was when he first entered the League.

I won't even get into Sebastian Telfair. Ryan Gomes is solid though.
