See them here.
No real shockers went down (other than the #14 Lions defeating #3 Got-Em), but there were definitely some surprises.
First up, #9 Grey Goose got past #8 San Miguel. I thought San Mig would be the victor in this matchup mainly because they are so athletic and long. As far as I know, big man Dante Riley is the main impact player on Grey. I'm guessing he overpowered San Mig's lanky frontline on his way to a double-double.
As far as expected outcomes (based on seeding) go, the #4 SF Free Agents dispatched the #12 Benchwarmers and #6 Ole Dirty Bastards beat #11 SOMA...
In a mini-upset, the #10 Big Gamerz got past the wily vets of #7 S.F.F.D. I'm curious to see how they'll fare against SVU.
I'll write more in-depth (and also cover the Loser's and Lower Brackets) in my upcoming article for the Dream League site.
